What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
I have a gratitude jar. At the end of each day I write down one thing from my day I am grateful for. When I am confronted by negative feelings I pull out one of the papers and remind myself of past blessings. I have a Bible app on my phone that gives me a verse for the day. It is almost always a timely word! And good music Renee’s my hope and turns my thoughts around.
