Do you remember life before the internet?
This prompt made me both smile and groan….in 1993 my husband and I had just gotten married. I remember getting our first desktop computer, almost $2,000 at the time (our kids’ jaws drop every time we retell it) and installing AOL for access and email and the signature sound of it connecting. I groan because we had just graduated college and I think of all the Friday nights spent with card catalogs, books spread out doing research, writing citations on 3 x 5 cards. That was definitely not a simpler time 🤣
