Do you see yourself as a leader?
Since college, I have always been the leader. Church groups, community organizations, political campaigns. Most of my recent years have been in retail leadership and to be honest, drained me. I am stepping back from active leadership roles for now, and focusing on my leadership as a mom and wife, growing my home-based business, helping my new neighbors.
