To be selfish, I have changed my focus on this

To be completely honest and blunt, I have changed my focus on this.  I have been working for over 40 years and have always given my loyalty, ambition, work ethic and punctuality so a boss, owner or someone else gets the reward and benefits.  I am working hard now so I can literally within the next year be my own boss and do a business and work that benefits my family and supports organizations I care about.
