What makes a good neighbor?
For the first time in about 12 years, we live in a neighborhood with great neighbors. What I have observed: the younger kids are respectful of the property around them. Not tearing across other yards with their bikes. They have helped some of the older ones with yard work. Driving in and out of the neighborhood people smile and wave, they visit at the mailbox. We had a 4th of July block party. We bring someone’s garbage cans out for pickup if they are gone on a trip.
