What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
The serious answer: hiking, walking in the woods, walking the dog just before bedtime! It’s calming and a great way to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature 🍄🟫
The funny answer : the arm stretches from taking all those sips of coffee ☕🤣
Hiking altitudes for me is dumping sweat and toxins. Same as running.

I’m an old (82 y.o.) swimmer, never liked water exercises. But when it comes to preserving knees I recommend sitting by a pool or jacuzzi and work your knees against water. Or even a full tub.
