At the end of the day, it will always by my mom.

I have been fortunate to have had many wonderful teachers throughout the years in junior high, high school, and college. At the end of the day, however, the most influential one is my mom.

She taught me sacrifice, even when it cost her to go without so my sisters and I didn’t.

She taught me to play piano and to love music. She was a gifted pianist and singer.

She taught me generosity. There was always someone in greater need than we were and we still could share.
