It’s hard to find a dish that the whole family loves but this is one of them:
Ingredients:
One box of any brand Rigatoni Pasta
one package of ground pork or Italian sausage
one large jar of Alfredo sauce (my personal preference is Newman’s Own)
one small can of plain tomato sauce (8 ounce size)
Directions:
Boil the pasta according to the box instructions
In a separate pan, cook the sausage thoroughly until brown/drain and set aside
Drain the pasta (I don’t drain it completely. I like to leave just a 1/4 cup or so of the water as it helps the Alfredo sauce blend better!)
To the pasta, add the Aldredo sauce, the can of tomato sauce, the browned sausage and mix thoroughly!
***I double the recipe to have leftovers for lunch!
