Having read your previous post, then the answer to your ‘dietary’ issues are staring you in the face. As for your sleep issue, focus on what is preventing you from having a good night’s sleep and that will guide you on what perhaps you need to do, and the same applies to your ‘Stress’ issues. Scientists will say that you need some ‘Stress’ as it releases chemical hormones that are good for you, but identifying or interpreting what that good stress is, well that is the conundrum. However, the the three things you have listed may actually be inter-connected, so resolve them and the rest just falls into place, the hard part is not saying you want to focus on doing things but actually doing them 😉
