What’s the hardest decision you’ve ever had to make? Why?

The truth of it is that life is constantly full of hard decisions. I actually had to make one this last week. I decided to walk away from my job a few weeks before Christmas. I could no longer be a part of a toxic work environment. There was a culture of shady business practices by vendors, employers, and co-workers alike. At the end of the day, doing the right thing has to be the only thing.
