My quest for natural health began two years ago when my kids were diagnosed with health issues and I was concerned about medications and products they were prescribed and the reactions they caused. I began in earnest exploring chemical-free alternatives and other wellness options. I want to take what I have learned and share it! It is my passion to do the research so you don’t have to and offer budget-friendly natural products, tips, and recipes. I now have a natural health consultant degree.
