Act with Courage

New week devotional encouragement:

ACT WITH COURAGE:

We often think of courage as a special word reserved for war heroes, valiant survivors of injury or disease, and extraordinary people who beat the odds and achieve greatness. However, we all have opportunities to exercise courage most every day. It takes courage to stand up for our faith when it’s easier to remain silent. It takes courage to help someone in need. It takes courage to admit the truth about a problem we have or a habit we’re overcoming. It takes courage to ask for help. It takes courage to live by faith when you’re uncertain of how you’ll keep going tomorrow or the next day. Courage is a gift from God that enables us to overcome our fears and receive His strength, power, stamina, and fortitude.

“Act with courage, and may the Lord be with those who do well.” II Chronicles 9:11

Let Tall People Grocery Shop in Peace Day 🤣

Invent a holiday! Explain how and why everyone should celebrate.

Let us all unite for one day where tall people are allowed to meander grocery aisles in peace.  You cannot approach them and say “hey you’re tall, can you get this item down for me.” Or if we absolutely have to get something down off the top shelf, cash tips are required.
