Ahh a life not tethered to a screen… On one hand, I would horribly miss blogging and my photography site and exploring craft ideas on Pinterest… But because I love art and crafting and outside hobbies so much, it would be no problem to fill the void.

I would love to learn quilting! I have a few close friends that quilt and I can just envision myself during the rainy fall and winter months here in Washington surrounded by patterns and blocks having a blast! As a former art teacher, I think quilting is a beautiful artistic expression!

I am trying very hard to pay more attention to my diet and overall health. Particularly trying to avoid so many sweets, focus on getting a better night’s sleep, and decreasing my stress load.

Maybe in the bloggerverse, there are others in the same boat….but life has so many stressers going right now, my plan is to just get through each day. I am trusting God has a plan for this path I am on. Here’s encouragement to others to keep going, don’t give up.

My mom taught me a long long time ago that whatever work I do that my name is attached to, to do it to the best of my ability. I deeply care about a job done right. I enjoy work that has tangible, visible results. Lawn work, cleaning, organizing.

I have been told that I am positive to the point of being nauseating sometimes. But I would rather be that way and add a bright spot to someone’s day and give them a glimmer of hope; than to be negative Nelly and suck the air and joy out of the room.

My grandfather came here from Ireland. I would love to imagine there is a castle somewhere over there in his lineage. One of the items on my bucket list is to explore the hills of Ireland and find out!!!!
