My youngest son, who is now 23, has autism. I call him my “gentle giant.” He has such a big heart. He is generous and hates to see people sad or hurting. His Mother’s Day note was sweet and simple “No matter what happens, Mom, I will always love you and am grateful for whatContinue reading “My youngest son”

Being unburdened
I have several dear friends and family members going through very difficult times right now. So this prompt spoke to me differently. More often than not, we think of freedom as the freedom “TO”. To me, it is the freedom “FROM” and being unburdened. Freedom from the stress of being jobless for six months andContinue reading “Being unburdened”

NO. I find it difficult to understand this. Grown men and women receive $70 million dollar contracts just to throw aContinue reading “To be honest….it’s a very short list”
Jeremiah 29:11
Jeremiah 29:11 states: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
