My husband and I get rather distressed when we reflect on the things over the years that we allowed to consume our time and distract us from God, our family, the church, etc. The pendulum of “No” has really swung hard back the other direction and there are way more “no’s” now than “yes”.

My mom raised three girls all by herself and taught me several things: Whatever job you have to do, do it with all your might. Whenever the opportunity arises, share with someone else. The little you think you have is always more than what someone else has. Go to bed grateful!

I am told alot that I am a positive person. I like to think of that as “having a good effect” or “being marked by optimism”
