What positive emotion do you feel most often? Gratitude. To God for giving me another day to be alive.  For a roof over my head, for food on the table, for my husband and kids, and that I live in freedom.

How do you plan your goals? First, I pray over the goals I have set.  For wisdom that they are the right goals, for success in achieving them and for strength dealing with setbacks. Second, I write everything down in a journal: my daily goals, my weekly goals and long term goals.  Then I proceed!

What profession do you admire most and why? Our military personnel. Going through rigorous training, being deployed to countries and cultures foreign and unknown, the lengthy separation from friends and family.  We are truly in awe and indebted.

If you were going to open up a shop, what would you sell? I would love to bling out a van or truck and be a mobile barista/bookstore where I could give away a free cup of coffee with a magazine or book to brighten someone’s day.

What is the most important thing to carry with you all the time? What change, big or small, would you like your blog to make in the world? Great prompt. I would love it if people would view my blog as their positive anecdote in a very negative world. And that it would make them smile and brighten their corner of the world
