Negativity with a capital N.  Especially people that love to start their sentences always with “well unfortunately that’s not going to work” or “well the problem is” or “we can’t” or “I can’t”.  Typically these individuals are close minded to finding solutions, have a defeated mindset out of the gate and in general, take the air out of any room they are in.
