Write about your first computer.
My husband and I got our first computer in 1995 just after our daughter was born. We had saved up and it was a complex setup of cords (NOT color coded to match ports) and speakers and a CPU unit, dot matrix printer and a trial month of AOL . Our kids laugh when they hear how much we paid for the conglomeration and what it took to set up and waiting endlessly for the email tone. They don’t know the struggle 😁

Yes! I had a Dot Matrix printer too! My first computer in 1994 was already outdated and didn’t have internet yet. In fact, it didn’t even have a mouse! Kids today would be understandably appalled!

My youngest (who is autistic) heard about our first computer one time and said “You wouldn’t be able to walk around the house with a computer like that, Mom!” 🙂
